Scambler MacGregor, now part of the Heidrick & Struggles Group, was a specialist executive search firm, providing bespoke Human Capital solutions and advisory services. Since its formation in 2005, Scambler MacGregor have created a niche within the corporate and institutional banking, insurance, asset management and wealth management sectors throughout Australia.
Scambler MacGregor selected Higgeldy Piggeldy to revitalise its identity and provide a cohesive visual strategy for its online and offline marketing activities.
The Higgeldy Piggeldy team worked closely with the partners to explore the strengths and weaknesses in the existing brand and the threats and opportunities in its market. At the end of the review, it was concluded that the logotype would remain largely unchanged, but new corporate and secondary palettes, consistent typefaces would be adopted.
The corporate stationery was updated and to allow reports to be rapidly generated and shared across the company, Scambler MacGregor also required that digital templates integrate with their new CRM platform. Higgeldy Piggeldy partnered with Microsoft Word experts, Lindustries, and delivered an extensive suite of branded digital templates that included customisable infographics.
The website had remained unchanged for several years so Higgeldy Piggeldy redesigned the site with a user-centric approach before managing the build phase with the developers at Geneve Technology.
